As the National Resistance Movement Party (NRM) announces in Kampala its national party engagements from August 20th to 28th 2025 that includes the Central Executive Committee (CEC) and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings, Special Organs National Elective Conferences and the Elective National Conferences, President Yoweri Museveni Kaguta who doubles as the National Chairperson of the party has today released a 7-page dossier on his twitter account to shape the minds of NRM delegates and Ugandans towards the direction of government interest and priorities going forward.
The President who is a careful communicator called upon contemporary public officers and duty bearers in the government to always go back to the original NRA way not to make gross mistakes. He cunningly decided to reveal the intention of the dossier on the 7th page, carefully alerting Ugandans that his administration shall be focusing on infrastructural development and not the demand of a new administrative units or pay rise demand by the civil servants.
“Targeting the creation of cities, new districts, higher pay for Civil Servants…,before you put aside adequate money for roads, electricity, security, wealth creation ,etc…,is bad planning”. The President writes. He used the platform to alert Ugandans on more development and updates on the matter.
